设计了一种主动悬挂式展开试验装置,并介绍了其设计原理,给出了基于模糊PID的控制策略,开展了装置样机的试验验证,结果表明:该装置实现了吊点的位置主动跟随和重力主动补偿,能够满足天线等有源活动部件地面主动展开试验的使用要求。
An active hanging-type unfolding test device was designed and its design principle was introduced. The control strategy based on fuzzy PID was given and the prototype of the device was tested. The results showed that the device realized the following steps: Active gravity compensation, to meet the active antenna and other active components of the ground to start the initiative to use the test requirements.
