目的提高对老年胆心综合征的认识,减少误诊原因。方法对9例老年胆心综合征患者的症状、心电图改变及疗效进行分析。结果 9例老年患者按冠心病治疗,效果欠佳,后内科保守或手术治疗胆道疾病后,疗效较满意。结论胆心综合征误诊率高,对以心脏症状为主老年患者,应注意鉴别诊断,及时治疗,预后良好。
Objective To raise awareness of senile gallbladder syndrome and reduce the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods Nine patients with senile gallbladder syndrome in patients with symptoms, ECG changes and efficacy analysis. Results 9 cases of elderly patients treated by coronary heart disease, the effect is poor, after conservative or surgical treatment of biliary disease, the effect is more satisfactory. Conclusions The diagnosis rate of gallbladder syndrome is high. For elderly patients with heart symptoms, attention should be paid to differential diagnosis and timely treatment with good prognosis.
