社会团体组织(下文简称社团组织)是构建和谐社会的新载体。近年来,社团组织犹如雨后春笋般数量剧增,但由于社会资源分配不均衡、社会管理体制不完善等诸多因素,阻碍着社团组织的发展。社团组织作为一个独立的主体,其可持续性发展除了得到政府扶持之外,还需要符合社会、市场的需求,满足社团组织成员自身发展、参与社会服务的职能。
Social organizations (hereinafter referred to as social organizations) are the new carrier of building a harmonious society. In recent years, the number of community organizations has skyrocketed. However, due to the imbalance in the distribution of social resources and the imperfect social management system, many other factors have hindered the development of social organizations. As an independent subject, the sustainable development of a community organization needs to meet the needs of the society and the market in addition to being supported by the government. It should meet the functions of the members of a community organization for its own development and participation in social services.
