党的十六大提出全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,强调教育在社会主义现代化建设中的基础性、先导性、全局性的作用,要求“坚持教育创新,深化教育改革,优化教育结构,合理配置教育资源,提高教育质量和管理水平”。本文在回顾改革开放以来,特别是党的十五大以来,我国地质教育改革与发展简况的基础上,就新世纪、新阶段,地学教育的改革与发展,谈了几点思考和建议。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and emphasized the fundamental, leading and overall role of education in the socialist modernization. It required that “education should be insisted on, education reform should be deepened, education structure should be optimized, Education resources, improve the quality of education and management level. ” Based on the review of the reform and development of geo-education in our country since the 15th National Party Congress and the review of the reform and opening up of the geo-education since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, this article discusses some thoughts and suggestions on the reform and development of geo-education in the new century and new period.
