在党中央“军民结合,平战结合,军品优先,以民养军”方针的指导下,军工系统的军转民工作近几年来取得了可喜的成绩。就航天、兵器、航空,核这四个工业部来说,其民品产值在“六五”期间平均每年递增32.4％,在其总产值中占的比重由1980年的16.3％上升到1985年的39.1％,为国内市场提供了大量的产品。例如轻骑摩托和磁带已占国内市场销售量的70％以上。再看陕西地区军工系统的情况,几年来共开发民品400多种,其中200多种已投入批量生产,68种先后获国家优秀新产品“金龙奖”,73种已作为企业的支柱
Under the guidance of the party Central Committee’s principle of “military-civilian integration, combining peace with war, giving priority to military products and relying on the people for support of the army,” military-to-military work in the military industrial system has made gratifying achievements in recent years. For the four industrial departments of spaceflight, weaponry, aviation and nuclear, the output value of their civilian products increased by 32.4% annually on average during the “6th Five-Year Plan” period and their share of total output value rose from 16.3% in 1980 to 39.1%, providing a large number of products for the domestic market. For example, motorcycles and tapes have accounted for more than 70% of sales in the domestic market.
