It has been reported that glycoprotein 15/400 (gp15 / 400) is composed of a series of molecules with a molecular weight of 15 kDa separated by a single gene and originated from the treatment of about 400 kDa molecular precursors. Homologous genes have been cloned from Penaeus and Bancroftian filaments and are also found in in vitro cultures of Ascaris larvae and D. faecalis larvae and adults, but their positioning is still controversial. This study intends to understand the malaria worm gp15 / 400 of the period specificity and location. Separation of DNA from Malayi, Paenibacillus, Acanthacheilonemaviteae and Caenorhabditis elegans of the genus Raptor by the standard methods of Maizels et al.
