针对千斤顶设计、应用中发现的问题,提出一种解决办法。分析千斤顶中活塞头的几种固定方式,讨论三半环在立柱、千斤顶结构中的应用,创新应用三半环结构,通过对比,验证三半环在新结构中的应用可行性及优点。最终找出一种可在各种规格的千斤顶中推广使用的结构。打破以往三半环结构只应用于立柱和千斤顶缸口处的惯性思维,充分发挥三半环结构的优势。
Aiming at the problems found in jack design and application, a solution is proposed. The paper analyzes several fixing ways of the piston head in the jack, discusses the application of the three half rings in the column and the jacking structure, innovates the application of the three half ring structure, and verifies the feasibility and advantages of the application of the three half rings in the new structure. Finally found a jack in a variety of specifications to promote the use of the structure. Breaking the previous three-half ring structure only applies to the inertia of column and jack cylinder mouth thinking, give full play to the advantages of three half-ring structure.
