目的研究苏门白酒草的化学成分。方法运用溶剂萃取、硅胶和聚酰胺柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,并通过核磁共振谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果从苏门白酒草中分离鉴定了12个化合物:芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷-6″-甲酯(Ⅰ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅱ)、金圣草黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷-6″-甲酯(Ⅲ)、金圣草黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、4′-羟基黄芩素(Ⅴ)、金合欢素-7-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅵ)、金圣草黄素(Ⅶ)、菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖昔-6′-O-棕榈酸酯(Ⅸ)、(2S,3S,4R,8E)-8,9-二脱氢植物鞘氨醇(2′R)-2′-羟基二十二、二十三、二十四、二十五烷酰胺(Ⅹ)、天师酸(Ⅺ)、菠甾醇(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅺ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ和Ⅸ~Ⅺ为首次从白酒草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Sumen white wine grass. Methods Solvent extraction, silica gel and polyamide column chromatography, recrystallization and other methods were isolated and purified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to identify the structure of the compound. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from Sumatrans officinalis: apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide-6 “ Glucuronide (Ⅱ), rutin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide-6 ” (Ⅳ), 4’-hydroxycinnamic acid (Ⅴ), acacetin-7-O-rutinoside (Ⅵ) Glucoside (VIII), spinoster-3-O-β-D-glucans -6’-O- palmitate (IX), (2S, 3S, 4R, 8E) Sphingosine (2’R) -2’-hydroxycytosylate, tricosanoic acid, tricosanoic acid amide (X), trophozoic acid (XI), spinosadol (Ⅻ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ XI were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅶ and Ⅸ ~ XI were isolated from Liriomyza for the first time.
