随着我国经济大环境的复苏,双辽市房地产出现了新一轮的大发展,从而也增加了房地产档案的利用频率,管理的信息化要求也越来越迫切。作为房地产档案的管理部门如何提高其管理的质量是一个迫在眉睫的问题,同样对于一个管理人员来说找到提高其工作质量的途径和方法也是非常重要的。本文,通过对房地产档案管理的重要性分析出发,结合自身的工作实践,对如何构建房地产档案管理工作信息化的策略进行了梳理,其目的旨在交流与共勉。
With the recovery of the economic environment in our country, there has been a new round of real estate development in Shuangliao City. As a result, the utilization frequency of real estate archives has also increased, and the information requirements of management have become increasingly urgent. As a management department of real estate files, how to improve the quality of its management is an urgent problem. It is also very important for an administrator to find ways and means to improve the quality of its work. Based on the analysis of the importance of real estate archives management and combining with its own work practice, this paper sorts out how to construct the informatization strategy of real estate archives management.
