迄今为止,巴西橡胶树[Hevea brasiliensis(Willd.ex Adr.de Juss.)Muell.-Arg.]仍以人工芽接繁殖的无性系作为主要种植材料。然而,即使是同一无性系,由于所用砧木材料不同,其生势及产量往往也会表现出很大的差异。本研究通过双列分析就砧木-接穗互作对橡胶无性系生势及产量的影响进行了分析研究。试验采用裂区设计,重复4次,试验材料包括按6×6部分双列组配模式所得到的36个不同砧穗组合的芽接无性系。各种砧木和接穗一般及特殊配合力的分析结果显示,砧木PB235及IAN873不但产量性能高,而且一般配合力也相对较强。由于采用未经选择的实生苗作砧木时无性系的干胶产量及一般配合力均很低,故该材料不宜用作无性系砧木。就生势而言,几种参试砧木的表现基本相似,并无显著差异。
So far, Hevea brasiliensis (Willd.ex Adr. De Juss.) Muell.-Arg.] Still uses cloned artificial clones as the main planting material. However, even with the same clones, their stock potential and yield often show significant differences due to the different stock materials used. In this study, we analyzed the impact of rootstock-scion interactions on the clonality and yield of rubber clones through the double-row analysis. The experiment was carried out in the split zone design and the experiment was repeated 4 times. The experimental materials included 36 clonal germplasms with different scion combinations obtained in a 6 × 6 partial double-column configuration. The analysis results of general and special combining ability of various rootstocks and scions indicated that the rootstocks PB235 and IAN873 not only have high yield performance but also relatively high combining ability. As a result of using unselected seedlings as rootstocks, the clinker yield and the general combining ability are very low, so the material should not be used as clonal stock. As far as possible, the performance of several tested rootstocks is basically similar, with no significant difference.
