综述了国内昆虫病原线虫的优良品系筛选、防治对象、田间侵染力、耐药性方面的研究。我国已筛选出多个线虫品系 ,用于田间防治。近期发现小杆科和双胃科的线虫有生防价值。国内研究集中于小卷蛾线虫、芜菁夜蛾线虫和异小杆线虫对 4 0多种害虫的防治 ,田间防效达 70 %以上。线虫施用技术、生活习性及搜索方式直接影响其侵染力。应用保湿剂、抗干燥剂及干燥脱水等技术为线虫的储运和防治食叶害虫提供了方便。低毒化学农药不影响线虫的存活和田间侵染力 ,可以混合使用。我国还应进一步开发利用丰富的线虫资源
This review summarizes the research on the screening of excellent strains of insect entomopathogenic nematodes, the control objects, field infectivity and drug resistance. China has screened a number of nematode strains for field control. Recently found a small rod and stomach Division Nematode biocontrol value. Domestic research has focused on the prevention and control of 40 species of pests, including C. elegans, B. litura and B. albopictus, with over 70% control in the field. Nematode application techniques, living habits and search methods directly affect their infectivity. Application humectants, anti-desiccant and dehydration and other technologies for the storage and transportation of nematodes and leafy pests provide a convenient control.
