本文就经济、金融的结合部位,对于超经济分配形成的原因,特别是决策性超分配、追加性超分配和机制性超分配这三个方面进行了分析。文章还针对众多的超分配因素可能再度诱发通货膨胀的问题,建议在治理整顿中,通过建立和完善各项宏观调控体系并使之相互配套,形成有计划商品经济的“免疫”系统和新经济秩序的运行规则,从根本上去掉超经济分配的病灶,消除通货膨胀滋生的土壤。
This article analyzes the reasons for the formation of the super-economic distribution, especially the decision-making over-allocation, the additional over-allocation and the mechanism of over-allocation on the combination of economy and finance. The article also aims at the problem that many super-distribution factors may once again induce inflation. It is suggested that an “immune system” and a new economy of planned commodity economy should be formed through the establishment and improvement of various macro-control systems in the course of rectification of governance. Order of the rules of operation, radically removed from the distribution of lesions, to eliminate the breeding ground for inflation.
