微耕机作业时的剧烈振动,不仅影响操作员的操控舒适性及身体健康,而且会缩短微耕机及零部件的使用寿命。文中分析了微耕机操纵装置固有特性及怠速状态下的频响特性,并在此基础上完成了操纵装置的结构拓扑优化。优化结果表明:微耕机操纵装置1阶频率提高至81.77 Hz,避开了人体反应特别敏感的频率范围;4阶频率提高至177.54 Hz,避开了微耕机耕作时的主要工作频率。为微耕机振动特性的改善奠定了基础。
The severe vibrations during the operation of the tiller not only affect operator comfort and health, but also shorten the service life of tillers and components. In this paper, the inherent characteristics of tiller control device and the frequency response characteristics under idle condition are analyzed. Based on this, structural topology optimization of the control device is completed. The optimization results show that the first order frequency of tiller manipulator is increased to 81.77 Hz, which avoids the frequency range which is particularly sensitive to human reaction; the fourth order frequency is raised to 177.54 Hz, which avoids the main working frequency when cultivating tillage machine. It has laid a foundation for the improvement of vibrating characteristics of tiller.
