目的:提高临床医师对胰源性左侧门脉高压的认识,为该疾病的诊断与治疗提供临床思路与方法。方法:回顾分析我科收治的一例胰源性左侧门脉高压,对其诊断、治疗及临床特点进行分析。结论:胰源性左侧门脉高压是临床上较为少见,对于以门脉高压症状就诊且无乙肝病史的患者,应想到该疾病。必要时行增强CT或MRI检查,以排查胰腺疾病。一旦确诊,应及时治疗,大多数胰源性左侧门脉高压患者都能够得到治愈。
Objective: To improve clinicians understanding of pancreatic left portal hypertension for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease provide clinical ideas and methods. Methods: A case of pancreatic left portal hypertension treated in our department was retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis, treatment and clinical features were analyzed. CONCLUSIONS: Pancreatic left portal hypertension is relatively uncommon in clinical practice and should be considered for patients with symptoms of portal hypertension and no history of hepatitis B. If necessary, enhance CT or MRI examination to investigate pancreatic disease. Once diagnosed, should be promptly treated, most patients with pancreatic left portal hypertension can be cured.
