异种金属的摩擦焊接日本大学生产工学部的加藤数良教授开发了利用旋转圆板端面对厚度小于1mm的薄金属板进行摩擦接合的新技术,他以镁制品为对象进行了摩擦焊接实验,在圆板旋转方向与焊接方向不同的场合,实现了每秒4mm的焊接速度,获得了最高2.4kN的高抗拉强度的焊接件。此法也可进行异种金属的焊接。
Friction welding of dissimilar metals Professor Kato Shiro of Nihon University’s Faculty of Engineering and Development has developed a new technique for frictionally joining a thin metal plate with a thickness of less than 1 mm using a rotating disk end face. He conducted friction welding experiments on magnesium products. Where the rotation direction of the disc is different from the direction of the welding, a welding speed of 4 mm per second is achieved, and a weld part with a high tensile strength of up to 2.4 kN is obtained. This method can also be dissimilar metal welding.
