Central nervous system tuberculosis can have protean manifestations.We review the clinical and radiological findings in two cases of cerebral tuberculoma in immuoncompetent patients.These two cases represent the spectrum of variations of clinical and radiological features of cerebral tuberculoma and highlight the controversies in the approach to diagnosis and management.
