在建筑施工中被广泛使用的JJ2K-1A一吨双滚筒卷扬机的锥形摩擦离合器结构如图1。其主动锥块是采用石棉树脂材料连同固定螺栓压铸为一双面锥圈而成。离合器经常在重载、打滑的条件下工作,锥块磨损很快,每次更换时,均需拆去滚筒上的钢丝绳,拆刹车,取轴承座,松开锁紧螺母,拉出滚筒,才能更换摩擦锥块。根据用户反映,在工地上,即使是两人更换此锥块,也非易事。由于技术不熟练,更换中损坏机件的事也常发生。针对上述情况,我厂在同类产品中对原离合器结构进行了改进,改进设计如图2所示。螺栓1将传动盘16、锥鼓
The JJ2K-1A one ton double-roller winch, which is widely used in construction, has a tapered friction clutch structure as shown in Figure 1. Its active taper block is made of asbestos resin material with a fixed bolt die-cast into a double-sided cone. The clutch often works under heavy load and skid conditions. The cone wears quickly, and each time you replace it, you must remove the wire rope from the drum, remove the brake, take the bearing seat, loosen the lock nut, and pull out the drum. Replace the friction cone block. According to the user’s feedback, even if two people change the cone block on the construction site, it is not easy. Due to unskilled technology, the replacement of damaged parts often happens.
