本文从信息伦理的基本含义和特征出发,讨论信息伦理所具有的基本社会功能及其实现的路径。信息伦理是自律型和普遍型伦理。信息伦理具有社会调控与管理功能、认知与教化功能和文化保护功能。这些社会功能的实现则要通过正确的引导方式以提高信息行为主体的信息伦理意识,制定信息伦理规范,使信息行为主体有法可依,加强信息法制建设与信息伦理互补和建立信息伦理问题的预警机制等路径得以实现。
Based on the basic meaning and characteristics of information ethics, this article discusses the basic social functions of information ethics and the ways to realize it. Information ethics is a self-discipline and universal ethics. Information ethics has social regulation and management functions, cognitive and educational functions and cultural protection functions.
