目的:观察西药联合参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病合并心律失常的疗效及对患者血流动力学参数的影响。方法:将118例老年冠心病合并心律失常患者随机分为两组:观察组59例采用西药联合参松养心胶囊治疗,对照组单纯应用西药治疗,对比两组的疗效及血流动力学参数变化。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为96.61%、74.58%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的血流动力参数(ESR、FB、HCT、NBL、NBH)均较治疗前及对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病合并心律失常患者在常规西药治疗的基础上联用参松养心胶囊治疗能够改善患者的血流动力学状态,提高临床疗效,且不增加副作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin Capsule in treating elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia and its influence on hemodynamics parameters. Methods: One hundred and eighteen elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups: 59 cases in the observation group were treated with western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin capsule, while those in the control group were treated with Western medicine alone. The curative effect and hemodynamic parameters Variety. Results: The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.61% and 74.58% respectively, and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the hemodynamic parameters (ESR, FB, HCT, NBL , NBH) than before treatment and control group significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia on the basis of conventional Western medicine combined with Shensongyangxin capsule can improve the patient’s hemodynamic status and improve clinical efficacy, without increasing side effects.
