文章针对当前成人院校生源大幅减少的现状以及学生构成的复杂性,结合国际、国内先进的艺术教育理念,从工作室的概念阐述、在成人院校创建美术工作室的必要性和途径、目前遇到的问题以及对未来的展望等方面,进行了一系列探索。
