高职教育的根本目的就是为国家培养具有较高素质和能力水平的职业技能型人才,因此作为高职学生必须努力学习,全面提高自身的专业知识和能力素质,真正成为符合社会发展需求的职业技能型人才。然而,与高职教育快速发展并不匹配的是,如今的许多高职学生普遍学习积极性不高,信心不足,能力水平较差,严重影响和制约着高职人才的培养质量。本文阐述了高职学生的学习现状,分析了其学习积极性不高的成因,在此基础上提出了提高高职学生学习积极性的策略。
The fundamental purpose of higher vocational education is to train vocational skills talents of higher quality and ability for the country. Therefore, as a vocational college student, we must study hard and improve our professional knowledge and abilities in an all-round way so as to truly become a career that meets the needs of social development Skilled talent. However, with the rapid development of higher vocational education does not match is that today many of the higher vocational students generally learning enthusiasm is not high, lack of confidence, poor level of ability, seriously affecting and restricting the training of qualified personnel. This article expounds the current situation of vocational students’ study, analyzes the causes of their lack of enthusiasm for learning, and puts forward some strategies to improve their motivation.
