目的调查我院2008年上半年住院患者抗菌药物应用情况,评价各科抗菌药物应用的合理性,为规范我院抗菌药物管理提供依据。方法随机抽取2008年1月至2008年6月出院病历3 123份,对抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为60.58%,用药以单独用药为主,一联用药占60.10%,二联用药占29.97%,三联用药占9.9 3%;按药敏试验用药率仅为28.64%。结论我院住院患者的抗菌药物应用率较高,用药前相关标本送检率较低,围手术期用药时机不当,预防性用药时间过长,应引起重视。
Objective To investigate the application of antimicrobial agents in inpatients in the first half of 2008 in our hospital and to evaluate the rationality of antimicrobial agents in all the subjects so as to provide basis for regulating the management of antimicrobial agents in our hospital. Methods A total of 3 123 medical records of discharged patients from January 2008 to June 2008 were randomly selected for retrospective analysis of the use of antimicrobial agents. Results The usage of antibacterials was 60.58%. The drugs were mainly used alone, with 60.10% for one drug, 29.97% for two drugs and 9.93% for triple drugs. The drug-use rate was only 28.64% according to drug sensitivity test. Conclusions The hospitalized patients in our hospital have a higher rate of antibacterial drug application, lower rate of relevant specimens before administration, improper timing of perioperative medication, and prolonged preventive medication, which should be paid more attention to.
