本文介绍的12.4~18千兆赫波导型吸收式PIN电调衰减器,是由六个PIN管相隔四分之一波长并联地安装在脊波导内构成的,其主要技术指标为:零偏置插入损耗<1分贝,最大衰减量>45分贝,零偏置电压驻波比<1.5,衰减的整个动态范围内最大电压驻波比<2。本文介绍了该PIN衰减器的方案、原理、设计和结构,介绍了自行考虑的等效电路参量的测量方法和测量结果,以及用[A]矩阵按我们比较完整的等效电路进行计算机辅助分析的方法和结果,最后给出了典型的实验曲线。
