目的 探讨前列腺素E1对高血压性肾损害早期肾小管的保护作用。方法 将 45例属于高血压性肾损害早期患者分为常规治疗组和PGE1治疗组 (常规治疗加用PGE1治疗 ) ,常规治疗组采用钙拮抗剂和ACE抑制剂 ,PGE1治疗组的PGE1用量为10 μg/d静脉滴注。于第 2周末观察两组尿α1-微球蛋白 (α1-MG)、尿NAG酶和 2 4h尿蛋白定量。结果 经 2周治疗后 ,两组 2 4h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前下降 ,但尿α1-MG和尿NAG酶仅在PGE1治疗组有显著降低 ( P <0 0 1)。结论 PGE1可减轻高血压性肾损害早期的肾小管损伤而达到肾脏保护作用
Objective To investigate the protective effects of prostaglandin E1 on early renal tubules of hypertensive renal damage. Methods 45 patients with early stage of hypertensive renal injury were divided into routine treatment group and PGE1 treatment group (conventional treatment plus PGE1 treatment), the conventional treatment group used calcium antagonist and ACE inhibitor, PGE1 treatment group PGE1 dosage of 10 μg / d intravenous infusion. Urine α1-microglobulin (α1-MG), urinary NAG enzyme and 24 h urinary protein in two groups were observed at the second weekend. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, urinary protein excretion at 24 hours was lower in both groups than before treatment, but urinary α1-MG and urine NAG enzymes were only decreased in PGE1-treated group (P <0.01). Conclusion PGE1 can reduce renal tubular injury in the early stage of hypertensive renal injury and achieve renal protection
