沈家水电站二号机自并网发电后,发生剧烈振动,为了避开振动区,只能在额定出力55%以下工况运行,造成经济损失。我们通过反复检查,找出了振动原因,采用在尾水管中加设肋板的办法消除了振动,使机组达到设计出力,提高了经济效益。电站装机容量2×250千瓦;水轮机型号HL110—WJ—42;发电机型号TSWN74/56—6;设计水头70米;单机引用流量0.52秒立米;吸出高度2.5米。为并入华东电网的迳流式水电站。
After the grid-connected power generation of No.2 unit of Shenjia hydropower station, violent vibration occurs.
