包钢无缝厂由美国引进的AMALOG—SONOSCOPE漏磁探伤机是一组全自动的电磁式的无损检测系统。其机组的设备性能和检测原理已在《包钢科技》1985年第3期粗略作过介绍,在此就探伤机在检测试验中影响灵敏度的主要因素进行初步探讨,以期在消化引进设备的试验过程中寻求出使探伤机灵敏度既准确又稳定,其调节过程既省时又可靠的调整方式,为机组长期投入使用打好基础。
AMALOG-SONOSCOPE magnetic flux leakage detector introduced by the United States is a set of automatic electromagnetic non-destructive testing system. The equipment performance and testing principle of the unit has been briefly described in “Baotou Steel Technology”, No. 3, 1985, and the main factors influencing the sensitivity of the testing machine in the testing are discussed in this paper.
