为阐明冬虫夏草刺激肾小管细胞增殖的分子机理,本研究应用斑点杂交技术观察了冬虫夏草对肾小管上皮细胞c-myc原癌基因mRNA表达的影响,结果发现冬虫夏草可诱导肾小管细胞c-myc原癌基因高表达,冬虫夏草可能通过这一机理促进肾小管上皮细胞增殖。
In order to elucidate the molecular mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis to stimulate the proliferation of renal tubular cells, this study investigated the effect of Cordyceps sinensis on the mRNA expression of c-myc in renal tubular epithelial cells by dot blot hybridization. It was found that Cordyceps sinensis can induce tubular cell c-myc proto-oncogene High expression of genes, Cordyceps sinensis may promote renal tubular epithelial cell proliferation through this mechanism.
