实事求是始终是我们党坚持的思想路线,是我们国家繁荣昌盛的灵魂,是领导干部必须要坚持的工作原则,是提高领导干部为人民服务能力的重要保障。领导干部坚持实事求是,才能正确客观看待现实问题,合理科学地解决实际矛盾,推动社会的进步和发展。当前,我国的国情和党情在不断发生各种变化,在新的发展形势下,多类现实问题和矛盾逐渐增多,我们必须更加强调实事求是原则的重要性,必须更加重视实事求是这一思想路线,领导干部要争做坚持实事求是的表率。本文就是分析了实事求是的深刻含义,并提出了对领导干部争做坚持实事求是表率的一些要求。
Seeking truth from facts is always the ideological line that our party upholds, the soul of prosperity of our country, the working principle that leading cadres must uphold, and the important guarantee for improving the ability of leading cadres to serve the people. At present, under the new development situation, there are many kinds of real problems and contradictions gradually increasing. We must emphasize more the importance of the principle of seeking truth from facts, attach more importance to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, Leading cadres should strive to be the example of adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts. This article analyzes the profound meaning of seeking truth from facts and puts forward some requirements for leading cadres to strive for truth and seeking truth from facts.
