酒店管理作为旅游专业重要课程之一,是学生必须要掌握的一项专业技能,而在酒店管理教学中,实践性教学必不可少。良好的实践性教学有利于学生专业技能的扎实与知识的灵活运用。本文从酒店管理实践性教学存在问题及酒店管理实践性教学应采取的改进对策两方面入手,通过问题分析与提出对策旨在提高酒店管理实践性教学有效性。
As one of the important courses of tourism major, hotel management is a professional skill that students must master. In the hotel management teaching, practical teaching is essential. Good practical teaching is conducive to the students’ professional skills and the flexible use of knowledge. This article starts with two aspects: the existing problems of practical teaching in hotel management and the improvement measures of practical teaching in hotel management, and aims to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching in hotel management by analyzing the problems and proposing countermeasures.
