创新教育是以人为本的全新的教育观念,创新人才的培养是目前高校的历史性任务。本文在全面考量目前各高校在创新人才培养方面的有益探索和尝试的基础上,探讨了加强创新人才培养的基本思路;结合中国戏曲学院的办学特色和艺术创作人才培养的特点,浅析了戏曲创新人才培养的意义;并针对专业领域的人才培养规格,提出培养方案修订以及课程建设的设想,以探索未来戏曲高等教育和戏曲创新人才培养的新路径。
Innovative education is a people-oriented brand-new concept of education. It is the historic mission of colleges and universities to train creative talents. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the beneficial exploration and attempt of various colleges and universities in cultivating innovative talents, this article explores the basic train of thought for strengthening the cultivation of innovative talents. Combining with the characteristics of running schools and the cultivation of creative talents in Chinese Opera Academy, The significance of cultivating innovative personnel; and for the training of professionals in the field of specifications, put forward plans to develop programs and curriculum reform ideas to explore the future of higher education in opera and drama innovation in training new path.
