采用文献研究法、访谈法等研究方法,对公共体育服务绩效评价体系的评价目的、评价主体、评价指标、评价周期、评价方法等子系统进行研究。研究结果认为,要完善好公共体育服务绩效评价体系,必须把握认可与问责导向、单个与多元主体、过程与结果指标、主观与客观指标、个性与共性指标、评价周期与任务周期、定量与定性方法等方面的矛盾辩证关系。这可为提高公共体育服务绩效评价体系的科学性与操作性提供理论指导。
By using the methods of literature research and interview, this dissertation makes a research on the evaluation objective, evaluation subject, evaluation index, evaluation cycle and evaluation method of public sports service performance evaluation system. The results show that to perfect the performance evaluation system of public sports service, we must grasp the mechanism of recognition and accountability, single and multiple subjects, process and result indicators, subjective and objective indicators, personality and commonalities indicators, evaluation cycle and task cycle, Qualitative methods and other aspects of the dialectical relationship between the contradictions. This may provide theoretical guidance for improving the scientific and operational performance evaluation system of public sports services.
