For a long time, cardiologists wish to determine the extent of coronary artery disease by noninvasive methods. Radionuclide angiography combined with electrocardiography has now not only established coronary artery disease but also reliably estimates the number of major coronary arteries with luminal stenosis up to 70%. The above results were from a prospective study of 185 patients by Weintraub et al. Results of radionuclide angiography and electrocardiogram measurements
