采用喷射细化法和滴加法,制备了3种粒度的HMX粉末。采用激光粒度仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征,对其火焰感度、慢烤热感度及热分解特性进行了测试,并计算了3种HMX样品的热分解动力学参数及热爆炸临界温度。结果表明,随着HMX d_(50)的减小,HMX的火焰感度和慢烤热感度都逐步升高;而HMX的表观活化能和热爆炸临界温度随其d_(50)的增大而逐渐升高。
Three kinds of HMX powders were prepared by spray thinning and dropping method. The samples were characterized by laser particle sizer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The flame sensitivities, slow baking sensitivities and thermal decomposition properties were tested. The thermal decomposition kinetic parameters and thermal explosion of three kinds of HMX samples were calculated. Critical temperature. The results showed that the flame susceptibility and slow baking sensation of HMX increased gradually with the decrease of HMX d_ (50), while the apparent activation energy and the critical temperature of HMX increased with the increase of d_ (50) Gradually increased.
