目的应用磁共振氢谱(~1H-MRS)测定2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者心肌TG含量,了解其心肌细胞内脂质沉积情况。方法对12例T2DM患者和10名健康人(对照组)进行常规体检和血清生化指标检测,包括PG、血脂等,同时行室间隔心肌~1H-MRS检查测定心肌TG含量,并进行对比。结果T2DM患者BMI、WC、WHR、PG、血TG水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),心肌TG含量(0.99%±0.46%)较对照组(0.52%±0.18%)明显升高(P<0.01),且心肌TG含量与血TG水平呈正相关(r=0.818,P<0.01)。结论 ~1H-MRS可定量检测心肌TG含量,T2DM患者心肌TG含量明显升高。
Objective To determine the myocardial triglyceride (TG) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (~ 1H-MRS) by magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS). Methods 12 cases of T2DM and 10 healthy people (control group) were tested for routine physical examination and serum biochemical indexes, including PG, lipids and so on. At the same time, the content of myocardial TG was measured by 1H-MRS, and compared. Results The levels of BMI, WC, WHR, PG and TG in T2DM patients were significantly higher than those in control subjects (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and those in T2DM patients (0.99% ± 0.46% vs. 0.52% ± 0.18% (P <0.01), and there was a positive correlation between myocardial TG and blood TG level (r = 0.818, P <0.01). Conclusions ~ 1H-MRS can detect myocardial TG content quantitatively, and the content of TG in T2DM patients increases obviously.
