本文论述了毛泽东的管理思想,有十个方面的内容,其核心有三点:一是把人放在中心地位和主人翁地位,充分调动人的积极性,处理好人与人之间的关系;二是统筹全局,处理好事物各部分之间的关系;三是理论与实践结合,决定处人、处事的方针。国外在管理方面提出的X理论、Y理论、超Y理论(权变理论)、Z理论等,都是基于人性的假设,有科学、合理的部分,也有主观片面性和局限性。而毛泽东管理思想对人的认识,是建立在历史唯物主义基础上的,因而更具有科学性。毛泽东管理思想还与现代系统管理理论脉脉相通。作者认为,我们应以毛泽东的管理思想为基础,吸收当今国内外先进的管理理论、方法和技术,建立有中国特色的管理科学。
This article discusses Mao Zedong’s management thinking in ten aspects. The core of the article is threefold: first, to put people at the center and master’s position, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the people and handle the relationship between people; secondly, co-ordination The overall situation, dealing with the relationship between the various parts of things; third is the combination of theory and practice, determine the people, the principle of doing things. X theory, Y theory, Hyper-Y theory (theory of contingency) and Z theory proposed by foreign countries in management are all based on the assumption of human nature that they have a scientific and reasonable part as well as subjective one-sidedness and limitations. The understanding of man in Mao Zedong’s management thought is based on historical materialism and thus more scientific. Mao Zedong’s management thinking is also connected with modern system management theory. The author believes that we should take Mao Zedong’s management thought as the foundation, absorb the advanced management theories, methods and techniques at home and abroad, and establish the management science with Chinese characteristics.
