中国质量协会多年来全面推进用户满意工程,协调处理各类产品和服务的投诉,长期开展行业和企业的顾客满意度测评工作,积累了丰富的相关经验。为满足广大学员掌握顾客满意度测评和内部投诉处理的方法要求,中国质协教育培训中心(北京中质协卓越培训有限公司)拟于2017年8月在北京市举办“顾客满意度测评与投诉处理”培训班。现将有关事宜通知如下:
Over the years, China Quality Association has been promoting customer satisfaction projects in an all-round way, coordinating and handling complaints of various types of products and services, carrying out long-term evaluation of customer satisfaction in industries and enterprises, and accumulating a wealth of relevant experience. In order to meet the requirements of the students in grasping the methods of customer satisfaction assessment and internal complaint handling, China Quality Education Association Training and Education Center (Beijing Quality Management Excellence Training Co., Ltd.) intends to hold the “Customer Satisfaction Assessment Complaints handling ”training course.
