我们在中国科学院有机化学研究所试制的 ZB-1制备色谱仪的基础上,将程序控制系统的控制器,计数器和脉冲钟改为摸拟电压发生器和时基电路,制出星火 ZB-2制备色谱程序控制器,和ZB一1制备色谱收集器联用,使该仪器成为一台分析制备色谱仪.当用于有机硅化合物时,所收集的样品可以满足核磁、质谱、红外、紫外和元素等分析的要求.
Based on the ZB-1 preparation chromatograph developed by the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, we changed the controllers, counters and pulse clocks of the program control system to analog voltage generators and time-base circuits to produce Spark ZB-2 The chromatographic programmer was used in conjunction with the ZB-1 preparative chromatography collector to make the instrument an analytical preparative chromatograph. When applied to organosilicon compounds, the collected samples were satisfactory for nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, infrared, ultraviolet and Elemental analysis of the requirements.
