Multidrug resistance is the main reason leading to chemotherapy failure or relapse. We used cyclosporin A (CsA) and recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) combined with chemotherapy to treat 6 cases of refractory acute myelogenous leukemia.
