5406菌肥从一九七二年在我省推广后,得到全国各地的支持,不少菌种都来自全国各地。但是那些菌种在本省表现最好,至今未作评选。为此,长乐县农资公司微生物实验站搜集目前应用的9个主要菌株,即:福建省微生物所的506和细黄链霉菌,华东师大的CO—60,浙江永康○号,浙江常山微生物站的506、358和295,以及北京原子能利用研究所和湖南微生物所提供的未标菌号的两种5406菌株,进行多方面测定分析和比较鉴定。从外观形态的同步观察,用高氏一号培养基将不同品种砂土管转接到斜面上进行测定。结果生长速度最快的是浙江永康○号,但不出现露珠,香味差。福建省微生物所的506、北京原子能所菌、华师大的
