2015年,教育部基础教育一司要以党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神为指导,深入贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,按照教育部党组的统一部署与安排,推进义务教育综合改革与均衡发展,加快义务教育学校标准化建设,完善基础教育治理体系,突出依法行政与依法治校,不断提高基础教育现代化水平,进一步缓解社会关注的热点难点问题,促进广大中小学生健康成长和全面发展。
