按照一机部的指示,于1974年4月5日至13日由大连组合机床研究所邀请了大连机床厂、常州机床厂、长春第一汽车制造厂、洛阳东方红拖拉机厂、第二汽车制造厂、北京汽车制造厂、南京汽车制造厂、北京内燃机总厂、上海机电设计院、上海柴油机厂、太原工学院等18个单位的代表共28人在北京就制订组合机床通用部件标准的一些主要问题进行了讨论。一机部机床工具局及机械院的同志也到了会。与会同志首先学习了有关批林批孔的文件,并展开了革命大批判,听取了组合机床通用部件标准起草小组前一阶段工作情况的汇报;交流了各单位通用部件目前的实际情况和存在的问题,并通过讨论,就有关组合机床通用部件标准的一些问题提出了如下的意见和建议。
