目的利用多排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像准确评估左心功能及左前降支心肌桥-壁冠状动脉(myocardialbridge-mural coronary artery,MB-MCA)情况,并探讨二者的相关性。资料与方法回顾性分析78例单纯性左前降支MB-MCA(无冠状动脉粥样硬化)患者资料,观察并测量左前降支MB深度、MCA长度及MCA横截面积,计算MB指数、MCA缩窄率并与左心功能指标进行对比分析。结果多排CT能对左前降支各项参数进行准确测量,经统计学分析,左前降支MB厚度、MB指数(MCA长度与MB厚度的乘积)与左心室射血分数(EF)呈负相关;MCA缩窄率与EF呈正相关。结论多排CT能准确评价MB-MCA,且左前降支MCA缩窄率、MB厚度及MB指数与左心功能有一定相关性。
Objective To evaluate left ventricular function and myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery (MB-MCA) with multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography accurately and investigate their correlation. Materials and Methods The data of 78 patients with simple left anterior descending coronary artery (MB-MCA) without coronary atherosclerosis were retrospectively analyzed. MB depth, MCA length and MCA cross-sectional area of the left anterior descending artery were observed and measured. MB index, MCA index Narrow rate and left ventricular function indicators were compared. Results Multi-slice CT could accurately measure the parameters of the left anterior descending artery. By statistical analysis, the left anterior descending artery MB thickness and the MB index (product of MCA length and MB thickness) were negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) ; MCA constriction rate and EF was positively correlated. Conclusion Multi-slice CT can accurately evaluate MB-MCA, and the left anterior descending coronary artery MCA narrowing rate, MB thickness and MB index have a certain correlation with left ventricular function.
