目的探讨在上消化道大出血患者抢救过程中,颈外静脉置管的可行性及重要性。方法对20例上消化道大出血患者,行颈外静脉穿刺置管21例次。结果患者均安全、顺利接受颈外静脉穿刺置管,其中19例接受1次置管,1例接受2次置管。结论上消化道大出血患者采用颈外静脉置管,其操作方便、快速,不破坏血管,对提高抢救成功率有较好的作用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and importance of external jugular vein catheterization in the rescue of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 20 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with external jugular vein catheterization 21 cases. Results All patients were safe and accepted external jugular vein catheterization. Among them, 19 received 1 catheterization and 1 received 2 catheterization. Conclusion The upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients with external jugular vein catheterization, its easy to operate, fast, does not damage blood vessels, to improve the success rate of rescue has a good effect.
