钢模板以钢代木,而且拆装方便、使用次数多、施工质量好,因此在建筑施工中获得广泛应用,生产厂家也日益增多。但钢模板的平直整形一直是比较棘手的问题,各厂采用的方法也各有所异。本文想就钢板的变形原因及平直整形方法谈谈自己的浮浅看法。钢模板是由主板、长筋和短筋焊成的(见图1)。钢模板的弯曲变形是由于在焊接长筋和短筋时所产生的热变形而引起的,钢模板的弯曲变形包括三个方面: 1.纵肋弯曲,见图2。 2.纵向弯曲,见图3。 3.横向弯曲,见图4。
The steel formwork is made of steel and wood, and it is easy to dismantle, use many times, and has good construction quality. Therefore, it has been widely used in building construction and the number of manufacturers has increased. However, straight flatness of steel formwork has always been a difficult problem, and the methods adopted by various plants have also been different. This article would like to talk about the deformation of the steel plate and flat straightening method to talk about their own superficial views. The steel formwork is welded from the main plate, long ribs and short ribs (see Figure 1). The bending deformation of the steel form is caused by the thermal deformation caused by the welding of long and short ribs. The bending deformation of the steel template includes three aspects: 1. Longitudinal rib bending, see Figure 2. 2. Longitudinal bending, see Figure 3. 3. Lateral bending, see Figure 4.
