目的调查分析锡山区某镇职业病危害现状及防治情况,了解无锡市在职业病危害防治方面存在的问题,为今后职业病防治工作提出合理有效的对策和建议。方法采用单纯整群抽样的方法,在无锡市锡山区7个镇(街道)中随机抽取1个镇进行现场职业卫生学调查,查阅相关文献、资料,进行统计学分析。结果该镇存在职业病危害因素种类和接触工人数均较多,而工人职业健康监护率、车间职业病危害因素监测率、进行建设项目职业病危害预评价、控制效果评价率均较低。结论要加大职业病防治法律法规的执法力度,切实保护劳动者健康及相关权益。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and prevention and cure of occupational diseases in a certain town in Xishan District and to understand the problems existing in the prevention and control of occupational diseases and hazards in Wuxi City and to put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions for prevention and control of occupational diseases in the future. Methods A simple cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1 town in 7 towns (streets) in Xishan District of Wuxi City for on-site occupational hygiene investigation, consult the relevant literature and materials for statistical analysis. Results There were more types of occupational hazards and more workers exposed in the town. Occupational health monitoring rate, monitoring rate of workplace occupational hazards, pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects and low control evaluation rate were all lower in this town. Conclusion We must step up the law enforcement of occupational disease prevention laws and regulations, and earnestly protect workers’ health and related rights and interests.
