改革开放以来,我国的退役军人安置制度与社会主义市场经济体制、政府管理体制改革以及现代社会保障体系之间的不适应性越来越突出,逐渐成为日趋严重的社会问题,相关立法完善是非常必要的。本文通过对我国军人退役安置制度的理论基础进行分析,剖析其立法现状,从而提出修改完善相关立法的建议。
Since the reform and opening up, the incompatibility between China’s retired military personnel placement system and the socialist market economic system, the reform of the government management system and the modern social security system have become increasingly prominent and gradually become increasingly serious social problems. The improvement of related legislation is very remarkable necessary. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of China’s military retired and resettlement system, this paper analyzes the current situation of legislation and proposes the suggestions of revising and improving relevant legislation.
