湘西州少数民族女性教育问题 ,制约着湘西州经济和社会的全面发展。要分析落后的原因 ,重视女性教育的地位和作用 ,采取积极对策措施 :把女性教育纳入科教兴州和扶贫攻坚战略 ;对少数民族特困生尤其是女童实行免收一切学杂费的义务教育 ;试行教育保险制 ;改革教育体制和方法 ;用法律保障女性教育权益
The minority women education in Xiangxi restricts the overall economic and social development of Xiangxi prefecture. To analyze the reasons for the backwardness, attach importance to the status and role of women’s education and adopt positive countermeasures: integrate female education into the strategy of rejuvenating the state through science and education and tackling poverty; implement a compulsory education that exempts ethnic minority poor students, especially girls, from all tuition and miscellaneous fees; Education insurance system; reform education system and method; use law to protect women’s educational rights and interests
