国有企业工会注重人文关怀,体现了企业工会组织对职工的关怀与关爱,也是国有企业工会组织的一项工作职能。国有企业管理除了有严格的规章制度外,更需要坚持以人为本,确定职工在国有企业中的地位和价值。给予职工更多的人文关怀,关心职工内心的感受,引导职工正确对待自己、他人和社会,正确对待困难、挫折和荣誉,拉近了企业与职工的距离。
