为提高带式输送机驱动滚筒的最大牵引力,提出在驱动滚筒处添加增压带,构建增压驱动装置。建立驱动滚筒、输送带和增压带三者之间数学模型,得到输送带在驱动滚筒相遇点处的张力和最大牵引力的计算公式。利用Recur Dyn建立带式输送机增压驱动装置的仿真模型,得到输送带在驱动滚筒的相遇点和分离点处张力的仿真结果。
In order to improve the maximum traction of the belt conveyor driving drum, it is proposed to add a pressurizing belt at the driving drum to build a pressure boosting driving device. The mathematic model of the driving drum, the conveyer belt and the pressurizing belt is established, and the calculation formula of the tension and the maximum tractive force of the conveyer belt at the meeting point of the driving drum is obtained. Recur Dyn was used to establish the simulation model of the belt conveyer booster drive, and the simulation results of the tension of the conveyer belt at the meeting point and the separating point of the driving drum were obtained.
