目的:建立碱性硅胶管采样,高效液相荧光检测器法测定工作场所空气中二乙烯三胺的方法。方法:使用碱性硅胶管采样,使用邻苯二甲醛作为衍生剂,激发波长351 nm,发射波长411 nm,高效液相荧光检测器法测定。结果:穿透容量大于4 mg,线性范围0.015μɡ/ml-10μɡ/ml,相关系数r=0.9995,变异系数小于3%。结论:本法测定工作场所空气中二乙烯三胺操作简便,结果可靠,值得推广。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of diethylenetriamine in the air of workplace by using alkaline silica gel sampling and high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. Methods: Alkaline tube was used for sampling. Phthalaldehyde was used as derivatizing reagent. The excitation wavelength was 351 nm and the emission wavelength was 411 nm. The method was characterized by HPLC. Results: The breakthrough capacity was greater than 4 mg with a linear range of 0.015μɡ / ml-10μɡ / ml with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9995 with a coefficient of variation of less than 3%. Conclusion: The method for the determination of ethylenediamine in the workplace air is simple, reliable and worth promoting.
